Quotes by Nick La Rosa:
And if would God come tomorrow and would tell me: “You have to choose, between paradise and New Mexico!”, i would choose New Mexico and the South West. From whatever direction you come from, in New Mexico it always seems as if the gracious God turned on the lights himself.
Up to now i use sand from all five continents in the creation of my paintings. To me, this is a magical moment. Because in this moment, i believe, to have united all mankind, and all cultures. - Nick La Rosa, 1995
